plz help with 3650 pc suite

i cant connect my phone to the pc suite first time i installed it i had a message telling me that my phone wasnt compatible with the version(it came in the box with the phone on cd). i uninstalled then re-installed and now when selecting my irda connection it doesnt like it. can anyone give me any tips for installing the software so it works.

what OS r you using .... If you are using WindowsXP then it will be the problem ... if not ... then try to download the version from nokia site

im on windows 98
i alredy tried downloading and a get the later problem yet again

did you install the IrDA correctly .... another question .... when you activate the ir in your 3650 mobile ... does the window feel it and the icon connection shows in the task bar ? ........ if yes ... then the problem will be from the PC suit

yeh it show its communicating in the task bar.
i can send file to my phone through my computer and infrared connetcion but i a few programmes i wish to use in sync wit my phone require pc suite to be installed for the conection but i cant do this

what programs need the Pc suit to be installed !!!!!!!!! would you tell me their names ........... also there is an icon called mRouter shows beside the connection of IR open it and choose infrared and then try to open PC suit ........... i hope that will work

programmes lick mobireader, the file sending is very limited, when i select ir it tells me it in use by another programme

while you were installing the Pc suit ... did you check the box that tells you to install other files required for other Mobiles !!! , if yes then re-install it without checking this box ....... another thing do you try to open pc suit while you r opening programs like Logomanager or Oxygen phone manager !!!!
