Flash file

As you guys who expert in flashfile, I need you guys opinion, As I know flash file contian MCU+PPM+eeprom which call full flash file (size around 4MB) . recently I try to do the backup 3315( upgrade from 3310) , i found the flashfile size 4Mb, I think is full flashfile, am I right ? . And now I want to use this flashfile to flash to another 3310 phone, I think this flashfile (4MB) cannot been flash it because too big, right ? what should I do ? please give me some advise or educate me step by step to do it..

The 3310 flash chip is only 2MB!
You might have a 3330 that has two 3310 flashes back to back on it!
Make sure you only read addresses 0x200000 to 0x400000 and this should solve your problem of flash being too big! as the flash is back-to-back it only uses the first version and this will be the version in use!

I will try to do it again using the address as you mention .. hopefully can get 2MB flashfile
