    Question 3310 not charging, please help

    Please help me solving that problem, when i charge it say not charging, other phone when i discharge it still charge without plug to charger

    i have had that problem before but it was when liquid got into the phone? did this happen to you?

    Change the charging IC, if you do not know which it's, it's the smallest BGA IC on the board.
    *Special tools for BGA rework is needed.

    Thanks for Ur reply, I have already change IC charge and CCont but that problem still remain, other solution?

    Did changing the charging ic help, comon let us know

    try changing the F200 with a letter K written on the top of it, near the keypad i.c. Hope it works.

    If this is water damage, look for the broken trace.

    Just use a muilt meter (those with buzzer is better), and test from point to point. Sometimes it's obvious, or maybe you can try using a 20x magnifying glass to look at the points closely.
