Skin editor and SLauncher

Right

I downloaded Skin editor fromsymbianware i think, and it doesnt work on my phone, it says app closed kern-3 or sumink
and as for smart launcher, i dont know how to create skins and then dont know how to choose them

help on all 3 topics would be appreciated

your prob on your first question is RAM, close all apps first. including smart launcher, then try the skin editor again

i deleted smart launcher then installed skin editor and that didnt work

don't delete just close the app

done that, no luck,
downloaded version 1.o1 of s-launcher, then installed skin editor and it worked, then i went to check inbox for skins and it went awol again, so i closed it, didnt work, uninstalled, didnt work, then tried installin s-launcher again and it went awol on that, so i cant have that now
