8210 switching off

i have an 8210 which i believe has been upgraded at somepoint to an 8250 as its an nsm-3d. v5.02 the problem being when an incoming call is received or an outgoing call is made it switches off ive tried cleaning various terminals etc but the problem persists anyone got any ideas.

since chanigng to 8250 have you flashed the software?

try upgrading the software to 5.04

Yep, it's a bad flash!!! Try and read a Full working flash from a real 8250!!!

What's with the Dual sim? If you want to sell something, go to the sales section! Don't clog up the board!!!

i get this sometimes too, but only from specific incomming calls?
any one kno what can be done?

Did you try a new flash???

now that i have had time to do a search of these forums i realise that it is a known problem with the 8210.. better get the soldering iron out
