3650: insert sim

hi,


i install one program in my 3650 phone. after finish installation i got this error: insert sim card!

i tried my sim card on other phone it works fine, i tried my friend sim card in my 3650 phone same error mesage"insert sim card !"

i switch off/on my phone several times no hope, every time same error.

any help ?
