Help with Nokia 3650 phones

Hi! I really need help ASAP! My boss had me purchase 3 new Nokia 3650 phones. The condition in purchasing these phones was the ability to unlock the phones for international travel. I purchased the codes online and cannot get them to work. The IMEI numbers are below. If you can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. I am supposed to overnight these phones by Monday June 2 at the latest.

Thanks! I really appreciate the prompt help. I have tried both sets of codes for level 5 & 2 for the IMEI 351102500731301.

These codes are different from the ones I bought, but I still get Not Allowed messages. Any suggestions? I'm new to this.

you need to test level 1 or level 7 ,because when can not unlock via level one ,unlock via level 7 is > masterunlock........

I have been entering the level 1 first and then level 7. Both say Not allowed. The codes I paid for give me the message "Error Code". Any other suggestions? I have double and triple checked the IMEI Numbers.

I have entered every code for each phone and all i get is not allowed or error code messages. Is it normal for this to be so difficult?

well, im haer on internet we at&t inserted special codes in 3650 for no unlocking the phones...

I was not trying to start spam. Just overly frustrated with these phones for my Company. I was only trying to locate someone currently online that could assist. Sorry.
