Incorrect codes from DCT4 calculator

I need help. I have a DCT4 calculator. But none for the codes I generate for Nokia 3650s on T-mobile USA network work. I know I am using the correct MCC+MNC codes, but the codes I generate don't unlock the phones. What am I doing wrong? Which code of the seven that are generated should I use? I have tried the seventh, which is suppose to be the master unlock code, as well as the other six. What should I try next?. US providers changed alghoritam and for the moment all codes are disabled (wont work)

I am having a problem with all 3650s. The codes don't work for any of the networks...T-mobile, Orange UK, Cingular, None !!!
I know I must be choosing the wrong code or something. I've tried all seven at various times on different phones. I desperately need help, please.
