hmm thx for the codes, but when i input them i get "cannot undo restriction"

what does that mean?

edit: am I doing something wrong? I took my sim card out and I input the first code, then i get "cannot undo restiction" then i tried inputting the last code, i get the samething

I am aware that each code can only be used 5 times...or else the phone will be dead...so far i only used the first code 3 times
