9210i "SIM Card Not Accepted" problem

i just bought a 9210i from my friend. at the first time it's seems to me that the phone is ok, but when i try to change the SIM card it keep saying that "SIM Card Not Accepted", and i try to insert the previous SIM Card and it keep saying the same thing.
Can anyone know how to fix thiss mess???

When i try to check the software version *#0000# the phone will reset and also the pda part, it will keep resetting infinite.

is it about sp lock or what???

thanks, for any help a can get...

It may be that the sim card needs a clean or is not seated correctly on it's contacts. My phone occasionally resets itself and throws up the sim not accepted error, but after resetting the phone and then taking the sim out and giving it a GENTLE wipe on the contacts, the phone starts up and works fine..
If the phone is network locked then that's another problem!!! What network was it originally on?

    i've tried it out previously

I already tried that but no luck. I insert the SIM into another phone, it doing fine. So maybe it's about SP Lock, well after all it's already turn into contact service. I already gave it to official nokia service centre. thanks for your help
