DCT4 Flasher - 'Communication Error'

Hello

My DCT4 Flasher always displays "Communication Error" whenever I try to flash a phone. It does this with any phone using any cable, and with or without a phone connected to the cable.

As soon as you click the "Flash" button it displays "Communication Error".

I tried using DCT4 Tools v3.0 and WinDTC4 v2.0 - same problem with both.

The programs displays the Dongle Status as OK.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem.
