I use nokia9210c. but my friend was install all_nokia_data_zh.sis on the nokia9210i the input working fine

Manage to find this package all_nokia_data_zh.sis. But I have not try it yet.

Try to upload again but it seems to allow only 2MB file which the whole package is 3.5 MB
