Nokia 3650 Arabic Localization.

Hello.
Anyone has heard anymore news about arabic localization? I hear they do it in Dubai but I havent been able to find any online packs to install on the cell phone to enable it. My understanding is symbian allows easy arabic localization. I might do it on my own if its not that complicated. I already know C++. Java isnt much different.

izt really that there is arabic in nokia3650 in dubai .......... cos i live in QATAR and dubai not soo far so i can go and check if u want but just tell where ..... cos i really need it to ...........

Well its not true for 3650, but i heard that there were limited editions of 7650 with arabic support enabled, I have asked the shop keepers in dubai n they said that its true but they dont have more stocks.
