sorry, your phone is unlocked out of factory,

because Vodafone D2 Germany doesn't sell ever simlocked contract phones and 6310i never was available with prepaid card.

try another sim card e.g. t-mobile or eplus or o2 germany and you will see that battery indicator on the right will appear. this means that phone can't be locked.

if phone asks for security code, default is 12345

why do you think your phone is simlocked?
