6310i weird barred but still working

i bought a 6310i from a mate claiming it is barred abd it was but only on vodafone works fine on t-mobile. why is this happeining.

same i had an 6100 on orange blacklisted but worked on all the other networks, had it for abt 2-3 months it never got cut off so i sold it. was speaking to a mate that works for nokia and he said that orange has made a mistake on passing the iemi number on, proberly gave one number out

is anyone sure that the uk networks are sharing the barred imei numbers because i have had a 3310 which is barred on t-mobile but works on rest and the 6310i barred on vodafone maybe they though they will get more customers if people switch cause their phones is barred on t-mobile but work on orange so they switch to orange.
