Nokia 3650 & Pocket PC Bluetooth...

Has anyone been able to get their Pocket PC (I'm using 2003) to dial their Nokia 3650?

I got it to work once, but since then it fails 100% of the time...

I do not have bluetooth on my PPC, but infared. I can get my 3650 to send files to the PPC, but for some reason it will not transfer form PPC to 3650. Wierd.

I also can't transfer file from my pocket PC to my Nokia3650 via infrared. The file can be transferred successfully from my Nokia3650 to my pocket PC, but not vise verse.

Anyone knows how to make it work?
