Hi, i have just got a 3650 and i put my old sim card in it and none of my text messages are in the inbox.

When i click mailbox it says "define new mailbox?" if i click ok will that bring them back or what.

Anyone know whats wrong and why i can't see any messages i used to have?

Go to:
1 -> Messages
2 -> Options
2 -> SIM Messages

Thats where your old messages are.

Yeah i found them lol thanks for the help though.

One problem.

I transfered a video to my phone using the IR on my laptop. and the video is in the inbox.

nay ideas on how to get it out?

Its ok Mike lol. If you open the file it starts video recorder, when stopped press options and "save" should be in the list. If not then you can manually move the file using a programme like FExplore. Hope this helps,
