I have the nokia 3310 with 100 itens for the phone book, and that is the max...

There a flash, or other thing to up that number?

You arre limited to 100 names because of your simcard and this cannot be changed unless you get a different simcard.

Sending of Sms without ID is only possible on some networks' mpls check the thread sms secrets in the general disscussion forum

but isn't possible to put a flash, and save more contact in the phone, like 3330?

I have only ever heard one rumour of such a flash, but it turned out to be an error. It's probably possible but it's a lot of hard programming work involved
