Language Converter?

You know how you can go to certain sites and you can type in something, and then it will show what you typed in another language? usually on dictionary sites or whatnot. anyway, is there some program like this for symbian phones?
imagine how useful that would be, your in another country and need directions or something. so you hack in what you wanna say to somebody on your phone, and it then displays it in another language.
actually thinking about it, you could just go to that internet site. but this sounds easier.
so is anybody aware of something like this or have i now inspired somebody to nick the script off one of these sites and create it into a java/symbian program?

I believe there is such an program, i think it's called Translate Mate.

But i'm not sure if it was for the S60s.
