    use the search function for 3310 to 3410 threads...

    Basically it's impossible without some soldering(?)

    You'll need to be very slippery with the soldering iron! You'd need an SMD rework station, new RAM chip, screen, keys and cover! And then your board may not even have the extra buttons! You'd probably save money by selling yours and purchasing the phone!
