Maybe you flash phone with older then its version.
it must >= phone software version

I'm guessing your on about the cheap flasher dongle and cables?
by refering to them as the chinese flasher you could mean griffin, neelix or any of them as they are all made in china.

maybe you got some corrupt flashes, try download from more reliable sources. many links to reliable sites can be found here.

yes, it is cheap flasher and i tried many flashes but nothing yet
