Nokia 6310i : "System busy" problem after unlocking

    Hi guys,

I have a problem with my phone Nokia 6310i after I have unlocked it. After I used the code "7" for removing all restrictions I got "Phone restrictions off" and this is supposed to be good news.

Since then, every time I try to make a call using my Rogers AT&T SIM card I get this error message: "System Busy" STOP.

Using the same card on a different phone it's OK. I've tried with a different SIM card from Rogers, but I get the same error code.

Is there any hidden setting that I should set, so the phone will clear any memory of Rogers AT&T and it will be liek a brand new one? Do I need to lock the phone to make it work with Rogers?

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Alex.

    sorry, 6310 doesn't support it

go to settings (menu 4) and restore factory settings (menu 9)

I tried this but it's asking for a security code, which I don't have it.
Is there any way to reset all the passwords ?

    Alex.

Your security code is most likely 12345, otherwise, read this code using your cable

Some times ago, I changed it I think, because 12345 it's not working. Is there any way around to reset the phone?

    Hi,

I finally solve after running into my mind all the steps that I've done in the last two days. I got the error message "System busy" because somewhere on the road I played with "Enhanced Full Rate Codec". To fix the problem I just use *3370#. Please remember that my phone it's Nokia 6310i and provider it's Rogers AT&T Canada.

    Ax.
