how to flash virgin eeprom 3210, what address? or should I use pony prog and SI iface

I want to fix 3210 with contact servis error. I have flash with backup 3210 fullflash and it does not work.
What should I do?
I want to try to flash 3210 virgin eeprom. What is the start address?

Or..

I should use ponyprog and S.I Interface to program the eeprom..

Sorry the 3210 have a external eeprom and you need a special software to write eeprom. You can use Knok to flash only the MCU+PPM. Your contact service message come from wrong checksum and you must flash a MCU+PPM with checksum ok. Try on download section. After that update FAID with checksum calculated from *.fls (MCU+PPM) (use Calculate Checksum buton)
Calculate from file and not direct from phone because it take more time. In the Misc menu you have "emulate from fls file)

then knok-phoenix quick set faid and reset.
