v200 not working

my v200 not working after flashing and "ERR_TO_MANY_RETRIES" shown when I try to flash again. I can not to make anything to my phoe some one can help me

use origanl cable which come with phone or use A300 flash cable .
and also use xp os ..it cant work in win98 os .

I am using oprating system xp and originl cable. but in the middle of flashing err-too-mant-retries massages comes on.
in debug mode sector 56 , 0x00310000 can not be cloased. do you know how this problem can be solve
that is not cable or operating system problem.
