Hi out there!

I've got a A300 and the same cable Damian mentioned earlier.
Problem is: I want to use "EasyGSM 1.1" to syncronice my phone with my computer (no flashing or unlocking or so).
But the software keeps telling me the phone wouldn't answer.
I tried it with Handy on+off, IrDa on+off, I tried it with and without ~4.5 volts on the crocodiles, I even tried it with the phone connected before booting the PC!

Nothing worked. And I found nothing helpful on the net. Is there something I didn't tried yet?
