    the engineering mode means

    the engineering mode means in that mode I can see the cell information, frequency and so on.
    so how can i open the engineering mode of 6510? and where can i download the software freely?

    I dont beleive that you can get NetMonitor or Engineering Mode in DCT-4 phones... correct me if I'm wrong...
