Nokia 3595 Unlock

I got a 3595 fairly recently, and a FBUS/MBUS auto switching cable, but I haven't been able to unlock it with the cable. If someone could point me toward what program I need to do this, I'd be appreciative. The phone communicates with my computer, the unlock just never works. Also, I have generated unlock codes on my own and tried to enter them three times, each time to no avail. So...what code do I need to enter for:

Nokia 3595
v 7.20
NPM-10

IMEI: 010185004888266
Code: 0512360GK24TL
Network: T-Mobile

I'm using an old VoiceStream SIM Card, if that matters at all. I don't think it does, but I figure I'd better include all the details here. OPM reports the network code as 31020, but that may have dubious accuracy since none of my generated codes worked for me. If you generate a code for me, just remember that I have already entered a code three times, so if I need to enter a different one for the fourth try, then please give me that one.

Yes, rossy_boy69, it's USA - can tell from serial number and other network's mentioned such as Voicestream.

Yes, I am in the USA, and no, that code did not work. It came back with "Code Error" like all the others. I have one more try...unless I can continue to try with the cable even after the 5 attempts.

Yes, you can still unlock using cable no matter how many attempts with a code.

Now...What progs should I be using to send ringtones/backgrounds, manage my SMS, phonebook, etc? LogoManager doesn't seem to want to communicate properly, and neither does OPM. Both sort of work, and they detect it as a 3595, but outside of that, basically nothing works right. Could this be the fault of my ancient SIM card?
