mobile webcam connection questions

i have sent the jar file to my fone and installed the .exe on pc but what do i do next?ive followed instructions and connected up to pc suite, and downloaded component, but when i install the component i get an error message about not enough free memory in temp folder? what connection do i use i enter my ip the pc tells me but the phone then tell me to connect to gprs?? what do i do now??

ive got it aqll connected now all i need now is softcam, i have version 1.0.2 but it wont install!! is there anywhere i can download it or is than alternative software which will allow me to get the images on my pc onto msn meesenger or such like?

i get msg box, "The decompression of %s failed. There may not be enough free disk space available in the TEMP directory" when i attempt to install webcam, does anybody know what i need to do to get it working?
