unlock 3310

hi!
Need help to unlock 3310 v5.13 model. have Eeprom tool, win 98, mbus cable but keep having this message ''phone not connected''

check connections in cable......try with another fone......if not that i dont know....

try to play around with your COM port setting in your computer.
Better set it to "auto" then try again.

also make sure your cable is plugged into comport 1 if you have more than 1 port that is

allready tried to move to diferent com port (i have 2 com ports). already tried in other computer with just one com port.
Don't know what to do anymore

the 4 pins on the phone end of the cable are theyspring ing in and out ok if not then make them spring freely

yes, the pins in the end of the cable run free in and out.
