    turn on the phone without sim.
    then type the code as it is written here, with all the characters.
    to get pw+ press * 2,3,4 times.
    after that phone will display "Phone restriction off" (or in hebrew: "Hagbalat ha telefon hufseka" )

    that's it

    unlocking only makes the phone accept any simcard. there will be no difference about downloading stuff, or anything else.
