Samsung E700 firmware

Hallo

I want to upload a new software with slovenian language to my Samsung E700. What do I need to do that (files,any tool box or something)?
Can anybody help me please?

UST pro latest version supports this phone. The cable is apparently the same as the S500, although untested whether this is for unlock or flash.

and where can I find flash files for E700? (slovenian language)

You will have them in the UST pro support section when the software is purchased. Other than that i do not know.
