    Nokia 3650 unblocking

    Hi there

    I was just wondering how I could change the IMEI number of a Nokia 3650. Would anyone be able to help me.

    Imei changeing is ILEGAL
    and to do so you will need to have technical knowlage
    have to change UEM chip with a virgin one and reprogram

    is there no way of flshing the phone???

    no program to change imei???

    DCT4 fone do not alow to do that
    it can only be done on DCT3
