Messed up 3650

Can anyone tell me how to reset my phone back to its original setting .....i tried using the original fon settings from the phone setting menu but somethings wrong with all my progs and i cant reset the phone using the original software.....pls help

use system tools
it will format the phone
do backup b4 u 4mat

or just use *#7370# is the best way

i dont agree with some n3650 you must to typ a code of the phone so what garfieldip says is the best way

use the *#7370# but be warned that this deletes everything and restores your phone to the factory settings i.e., how you got it the first time when u bought it.
