Cheers man, but i tried that code before i posted the thread and again when you replied and when i tried it, it says "cannot undo restriction". any suggestions, or what have i done to balls up the phone?

That meens that you have used up thev 5 trys you hade with wrong codes
now you must use a cable and software to unlock you fone
