blinking sms problem

Hi

I have a problem on blinking sms.

when i try to send blinking sms to my friend, i can enter blinking character on my phone, but once i send to them, the text is not blinking !!!

WHY ???

When i switch to chinese language, it can enter blinking character too, and once send to my friend, it blinks too.\

Why english and other language can't send blinking sms.

in fact, later i tried to save the message first before i send, i open the message under outbox, it show only text but not blinking...

it only works on chinese language.


i added the blinking character (01) and line feed (0a) by using hex editor,.

I am not using PPM Manager because it would not work on chinese language.


Please help.

you must go 2 'messages' > message settings > and change it to unicode.

sumthing like that.

I tried goto Messages -> Message Settings - > Message sent as ->

I only found : Text / Email / Fax / Paging

No Unicode ?????


But when I am using Chinese Simplified Language, everything OK, I can enter blinking character and when my friend receive it, the message is blinking.

Only English version got this problem, and i tried to download those ready Blinking SMS Flash from this forum, but the problem still exist.

I tried different version of 8250 : 5.00, 5.02 and 5.04 but still the same.


Please help.

me also have problem in sms blinking message .
i was full flash arab nokia flash file which is in blinking format.
i can change it to unicode and when i send the message....
it does NOT blink.
if someone had the solostion please post it here.

only 33xx and the unicode setting as i know, but maybe other have.

You can't sent blink message with english language, since blinking need unicode format. You can using chinese language or other unicode language to send blinking message only.

If that is case : only can send blinking sms in chinese language, but not english

Then, do anyone know the solution ?
