Hey guys, my mate has been telling me about mods and software updates and stuff. I have a Nokia 7250, and he has a flash cable, and he tells me to upgrade everything.

First of all, what are mods, and what do they do.

And what do software updates do?

Does anyone know where I can get good mods and software updates for my phone?

Thanks.
