8210 - Rolis is making partial/corrupted backups?

Using Rolis Flasher I've tried to create a full backup, but I just get files like 192kb in size and I can't open these in PPM-Manager or anything?
I can't seem to find any more options in this program. Do I need to change the hex addresses manually, rather than clicking the 8210 button.. or perhaps you could refer me to a better piece of software?

there shouldnt be anythong wrong with rolis when you make your full flash you need to read from 200000 to 400000 also try changing the delay setup to 5 that should work if not you can try xpmobile2002 or one of the other decent dct3 flashers that are out
