mmc card problem

i got a rather strange problem here. i have a mmc card here, previously used by my friend on his 3650. i just bought the card from him, but it seems that in his 3650 he set up some kind of protection for his mmc card. when u pop it in his 3650 it works, when u pop it in another 3650 it asks for a password for an encrypted mmc. when i pop it in my digital camera or pda it doesn't recognize at all. i tried using various card readers and tried formatting in windows, using full format. it just says card corrupted or it takes a very long time and just quits reading.

what can i do to get back the card ? anyway its a 128mb hitachi mmc card.

Ask your buddy for the password,or bring back to the manufacturer to format it.No third part unlocker for mmc at the moment.
