    Question Odd question.. BUT

    Is it true that if you want 2 lines on a phone you have to use Orange's modified firmware for the phone??

    no... I have dutch phone 6210/8210 and both work with 2 lines without orange soft.

    Hmm...

    I'm on Portuguese Vodafone and using 2 lines on a 3310, 3330, haven't tried on my other phones but on these 2 it works like a charm

    The GD35 manual sais it supports this, have to check the 5110, V50, T180, 511 and C35 manuals to see if they also support this.
