unlock code for 3650 on ATT

I have read that there have been problems unlocking these phones on ATT.
Are there any special steps I needs to do ?

This is no problem. There is only a special provider code for this type 3650.

Please re-check your IMEI, as you posted 16 digits. Should be 15. Dial *#06# for the IMEI.
