3650 Unlock Help (w apologies)

Sorry everyone, I tried to use the code generator but I keep getting bounced and instructed to login (even though I'm logged in already).

I have two 3650s to unlock, both with AT&T Wireless in USA:

351102/50/0867543
351102/50/0709307

Thanks in advance. And what am I doing wrong?
