Can I connect to the Internet with Nokia 3510i?

I am from Romania, I have an Nokia 3510i phone,my phone network is Orange, a data cable MA-7660 on COM1, a PC AMD Duron 1200MHz, 256DDRAM, GeForceMX440 64MB, HDD Seagate 60GB, Lucent Winmodem 56k. Can I connect to the Internet through my mobile phone?

I'm not sure, but I read here that this is impossible to use 3510i as a modem.

I don't think that you can. I also don't think that your system specifications won't make any difference.
