Im Problem for Connect Nokia To PC

I'm Amir,I Live in Iran and im not fleount in English so I hope that you
could help me out in my Issue.

I have nokia 9210i and I can't connect it to my pc.

I have 2 pc's ,destop and Laptop nor I can't get it connected to any one of
them

My Cable is a Serial port type which was along with the nokia package so
when I install the cable and Pc suite software ,the computer wont verify the
hardware on any COM port ,Please Help me out .

Note that your agent in iran couldn't resolve the issue .

By the way can I install program in my mobile through Infred ?



I would appreciate it if you could help me out with cable installation and
configuration issue.

use infrared n send file with right klik.
succes for me.
i'm not use pc suite.
