Entering 3650 unlock code

I have used the calculator to get the following unlock codes for my 3650:

The ones with +1 and +7 at the end are in yellow. I have entered the first code and the phone said "code error"

I was going to try and enter the 7th one but do not know how to enter the dashes. Can anyone help?
