Messaging crashes

Please help

When ever I get to the Drafts folder the progam stops,
Reason code E32USER-CBase
Reason number 21

This is very inconvenient as I can't reach my email.

Is the problem a corrupt file and can I replace it or reset the system?
I've tried leaving the batterie out to reset it but it made no difference,
I also emptied the drafts folder from the front panel.

Any surgestions please!

Fixed it!

reformating solved the problem.
