i have unlocked a M100 by this solution.
but it appeard (Phone Locked Return for servicing)
oh god !!!!!!! help me!!!!!

Type *#9998*737# (You should see 'Network Status').
Press > / [ ] (Play / Stop) until phone shows NCK/SPCK number (last 8 digits will be the code needed).
Type #0111*code# (You should see 'Personalization Canceled')
