7210 remote unlock code error

hiya just got a new 7210 on t-mobile uk i have used the shell v4.1xp to generate the codes and entered code 7 as always done but it displays code error message the past 2 times.
is there a limit to how many times you can enter the code i have done it 2x and no more.
and does anyone know where i am going wrong with the codes ? i have done a 7210 before and just entered code 7 and it had no problems but this one is being a bugga

you only have 5 trys at the code have you used thee calc at the top of the page to see if the one you are using gives the same codes.
