    Nokia 3100b AT&T or Cincinnati Bell???

    I followed the directions...But!

    three code errors so i stopped.

    My phone is the-- Nokia 3100b

    Provider is-- Cincinnati Bell but I beleive they are with AT&T (affiliated they say)

    The IMEI #-- 32509001083108

    when I used the calc. i chose AT&T U.S.A.
