code error on 8310's

Hi I have 3 8310's that come up CODE ERROR when i try to unlock with the DCT4 calc

they all work fine on o2, is there any special way of doing these or is it just V2 codes?

What happens after 5 code errors??

I know that some phones require 10 minute break between trying codes, but i guess that info doesn't help you if you are only trying the one code.
