Am about to unlock my nieces 6610. In the past i posted and got replies which worked

I have downloaded the software and am curious what the difference between

Griffin (old) and griffin (new) are?

The reason I ask is I was seeing if the S/W generated the same codes for my phone (which were posted last year) . I noticed using griffin (old) it generates the same codes but griffin (new) generates different codes.

Is there any difference between the two? Which codes should I use? Should I use different codes based on the phone software version?

Any help would be appreciated

the key code thing changes for different models. some newer phones require griffing codes or the gtcl codes.

for 6610 use "v2" (33820).
